Reminder(s):
New!!! On hold Classes Policy:
- Request will be valid only if the student submits this form 24 hours/ 1 day before the scheduled class time
- we only allowed maximum of Five (5) request in a month to on hold the class. In one(1) request you can on hold 5-10 days and it will still considered one(1) request.
- We only allowed maximum of Ten (10) days on hold in a month.
- Which comes first Five (5) request in a month and Ten (10) days on hold in a month are only counted/valid.
- To monitor the number of your request or number of days you are on hold in a month admin will send a copy of your request via email or you can also monitor you own on hold classes.
- If the teachers or admin will on hold the class for emergency reason or for teachers absences it will not be deducted to your no. of request or no. of days on hold allowed.
- If the teachers NO INTERNET connection the class will automatically will be on hold but if the student will have a problem with the INTERNET connection it will be valid to on hold the class.
Example: Month of April:
- Send Request 1 April 1, 2010: On hold class on April 5, 2010
- Send Request 2 April 6, 2010: On hold my class from April 6-7, 2010
- Send Request 3 April 18, 2010: On hold my class from April 20-24, 2010
- Send Request 4 April 27, 2010: On hold my class on April 28, 2010
- Send Request 5 April 29, 2010: On hold my class on April 30, 2010
Total of no. days on hold (month of April) : 10 days (valid)
Change Teacher Request:
This is subject for approval by the admin depending on the reason given by the student(s). Approval and disapproval will be sent via Email.
Change Time Request:
It depends on the availability of the Teachers. Approval and disapproval will be sent via Email.
